Enquiries and appointments. Your name, email address, telephone number, country and — where you supply it — your date of birth and the details relevant to a consultation. These are used to reply to you and to prepare for the appointment. Nothing more.

Purchases. Where you buy an eBook, the details necessary to complete and record the transaction. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are never stored on our systems.

Technical data. Standard server logs, which may include IP address, browser type and pages requested. These are used to keep the site running and secure.

The information supplied for a numerological consultation — dates and times of birth, horoscopes, family and business details — is treated as confidential. It is not published, shared, sold, or used as an example without explicit permission, and it has never been the practice of this office to do otherwise.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not send marketing you have not asked for. We do not use your consultation details for advertising, and we do not build profiles for third parties.

This site uses only the cookies necessary to operate — for example, to keep a shopping basket between pages. If analytics or non-essential cookies are introduced, you will be asked first and will be able to decline without losing access to any part of the site.
